Review: if you want to eat and see what you are eating, you need to come to THIS McDonald's.
It's right in the heart of Times Square, the most exciting place in the world, I recommend you to try to get a seat near the window and watch the world go by. This is the best McDonald's in the world.
Also it is probably the best lighted place to eat for low vision people, at least for me it is.
I have been there dozens of times and besides the light that is great, there are not as many obstacles as in other Fast Food Chains.
It is also very cheap, the service in my experience has been actually better than many people say and has a second floor that is cool too, the stairs are not that great so watch out.
The bathroom has good lighting and is clean in my experience at least.
I will not recommend the food as I know is not that healthy eating at McDonald's, however you can order a salad and a soda and be ok.
I admit I have tried the World's famous "BigMac" and you have to try it at least once to say later on that you have been at McDonald's.
Another wonderful thing about this place is that you can find cabs easily and at night the whole Times Square area is famous for its lighting which makes Times Square great even for walking and safe as well.
It is kids friendly and being in such incredible location, you can go with your whole family and after eating, look for a Cd at Virgin Megastore, which is the largest Record Store in the world.
And remember people that i have Retinitis Pigmentosa and I have walked through Times Square at night many times, and compared to any other city at night, Manhattan has many better places and Times Square is the BEST!!!

Review: It's a restaurant that serves soups, sandwiches, and pastries, salads, hot and cold sandwiches.
They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast, they have bagels, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, and even fresh fruit.
The location is an important factor, and is great at Union Station.
Every time I go there, there is someone who helps me with getting my food. For example, the soups they have are about six different types and you obviously have to choose one, they will read them to you if need be and pour you a cup.
Their seating is not too great, because Union Station is a very busy place, but I Work to a building that is close to it so it is convenient.
The lighting is not bad but the food is great and the customer service is just as good.
If you have to travel from Union Station, their red cap service is very good.
A visually impaired person i know, has to commute everyday using the Amtrak service and they always help him from the minute he
gets to Union Station, by helping him cross the street to taking him to the train he is supposed to take. I am sure that is very convenient for him being visually impaired.
It can be somewhat pricy, but it is very good quality food.
Overall a very good Place to eat.

NOTE: The places listed here are not endorsed neither are business partners with us in any way or form.
The reviews are the view of a person that likes the place because meets their requirements or in the other hand, is not recommended because in his/her case does not meet certain requirements that he/she needs regarding his/her sight.
Everyone has different stages of any low vision disease and what is great for one can be bad for other, so, please be aware of that fact.
We are picking places with decent light and few obstacles, but you need to go and visit them and decide for yourself if it is the right place for you, only your eyes can tell.
However we address other issues such as atmosphere and price, because we all, sometimes, go to certain places with acceptable, just acceptable lightning but amazing food and good price, with the right company it's worth going.
